The space
Situated in prime location , this stunning home is surrounded by protected National reserve area, with complete privacy from human neighbors. The pool area is the perfect space to relax and unwind while taking in the beautiful jungle and sunset views.
This 4 bedroom oasis can accommodate 8 guests comfortably, each bedroom equipped with its own air conditioning unit.
The spacious South Master bedroom on the first floor is in its own quiet area of the house and is perfect for those who like to minimize the use of stairs. Brand new organic mattress and high end bedding, it also has a new big screen TV, walk-in closet, a Master bathroom with double sink and a walk in shower.
The Living room area boasts comfort and style, and has a new big screen TV/sound system and air conditioning. The Kitchen is fully equipped, with new appliances and high end kitchenware, Breville espresso machine, vitamix, juicer, dyson etc..
Behind the Kitchen, there is a very big laundry/pantry/ storage room, with Brand new washer and dryer. Eco friendly and organic cleaning products/Laundry detergent.
Upstairs, along the 3 other bedrooms, there is an additional living area with a sofa/mattress and TV with large balcony area that offers spectacular sunset views. There is a full bathroom for the 2 bedrooms. The North Master Bedroom has an extra full bathroom, spacious area for storage and TV.
There is also a portable high end sound speaker so you can listen to your favorite tunes anywhere you please!
